Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using "Rhetoric Hero" mobile application (the "App") operated by Krue Software ("us," "we," or "our").Your access to and use of the App is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the App. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access the App.
1. General Use
The App is intended for educational purposes only, aiming to help users understand, apply and recognise rhetorics and rhetorical devices in a responsible and ethical manner.
2. Safety Policy
By using this App, you agree to adhere to our Safety Policy regarding ethical and responsible use of "Rhetoric Hero". Failure to adhere to this policy may result in suspension or termination of your access to the App.
3. Restrictions
You agree not to use the App in any way that:
- Is unlawful, illegal, or unauthorized.
- Intends to manipulate, exploit, or harm others.
- Violates any local, state, national, or international law.
- Is against the guidelines mentioned in our Safety Policy.

5. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you guarantee that the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to us, other users of the App, or third parties, or for any other reason.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Krue Software nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use or inability to use the App.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Tallinn, Estonia without regard to its conflict of law principles.
9. Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
